Volunteer Sign-Up: DC Election 2022 Home Stretch
Election Day for the 2022 DC primary is coming up on June 21! This means that our DSA chapter is entering a critical stretch for talking to voters—either through door-knocking or at polling places—about chapter-endorsed Zachary Parker's campaign for the DC Council.

Zachary and his chief opponent, Vincent Orange, are just about even in the polls. This is going to be a race won by hundreds or even just dozens of votes. And having conversations with voters right before they vote is one of the single best ways to build community support for our endorsed candidates.

You don't have to be a resident of the candidate's specific district to help out! In the past, D.C. volunteers have traveled out to Maryland and Virginia to knock doors, and vice versa. This will just help us get a sense of where most of our volunteers are located and can help us coordinate carpools.
