Sign up - 2023 Market Adjustment Bargaining Training
In our most recent negotiations with the County (2022) the County agreed to study classifications for the next three years in-a-row, (2023, 2024, 2025). This meeting will be an opportunity for Members to learn more about the Market Adjustment Bargaining process and explore how you can participate and advocate for a Market Adjustment salary range increase in your job classification. We also hope to:
  • Explain the process of market adjustment bargaining as it is currently structured in our contract
  • Identify how members impacted by the study are able to participate in the process including resources.
  • Discuss the timeline for bargaining.
