Meetings are broadcast live on Glendale TV, viewable on Spectrum Cable, channel 6, and AT&T U-verse, channel 99. Meetings are also streamed live in high definition (HD) on the city's webpage, glendaleca.gov/live, on YouTube.com/myglendale, and on Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire devices using a free app called Screenweave and choosing “Glendale TV” from the menu. All documents related to open session items on this agenda that are received less than 72 hours prior to this meeting, and are public records, will be available for review in the Office of the City Clerk, 613 E. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a three-year contract with Hot Line Construction, Inc., for the Feeder Reconstruction for 12kV Operation - Time and Equipment Project, Specification No. 3875, in the amount of $6,340,890 plus a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $634,089 per year for a total not-to-exceed amount of $19,022,670, plus a total contingency of $1,902,267, with an option to extend the contract for two additional one-year terms at $ 6,340,890 per year
