Saturday June 8th, 2024, from 9-4 pm located in the parking area at 3631 Perkins Ave. Northeast Ohio Coalition for Housing is sponsoring a Housing Justice Summit. This all-day event is focused on empowering people who have been impacted by homelessness and housing insecurities and building our collective capacity to advance housing justice. CLASH will plan a workshop around the theme of “Pathways to a Lead-Free Future” from 2:15 PM-3:05 PM. Workshop will focus on examples of practical projects that individuals and organizations can adopt or undertake, but we'll also encourage participants to brainstorm projects around their understanding of their needs. to move towards lead safety. We'll have project-focused materials at the workshop and some generic literature.

Cleveland Lead Advocates for Safe Housing (CLASH) is an all volunteer, largely self funded coalition of 10 community based organizations, working to make Cleveland Lead Safe.
CLASH is fighting for the full and timely implementation of the Cleveland Lead Safe Certificate ordinance and expanding child lead testing for Clevelanders who are at risk of lead poisoning.
