Did you know that prisoners have reported; Inhumane living conditions, extremely hot temperatures, being denied access to the courts, legal counsel, access to mental health treatment, access to toilet paper, sanitary napkins, rehabilitation programs, showers, and outside human contact? The Philadelphia Department of Prisons has consistently demonstrated the inability or disinterest to eliminate the abuse, torture, and inhuman treatment at the county facilities.
