The ʻAi Pono Kauaʻi Challenge celebrates Kauaʻi’s locally sourced foods by encouraging participants to eat local for 7 days.
By participating, we can inspire one another to be conscious of where our food comes from, develop new eating habits, build community connections, and support local food producers and agriculture! Each collective step brings us closer to creating a healthy, secure food system –– allowing us to expand our economy beyond tourism.
Let’s work together to strengthen our food security, reduce our dependency on imported foods, and keep money circulating within the local economy!
