Janet Mills is one of us. She comes from the rural town of Farmington and understands our ways of the sporting community and the life we live. Janet Mills is very pragmatic and commonsensical and just plain down to earth to talk to. We have never, in my lifetime (I am 87), had a governor of this character.
Being a lifetime outdoor sportsman and a Master Maine Guide. I have observed what needs to be done for our outdoor heritage. Janet Mills has met the mark for change and accepts the challenge. Climate change is a good example. We of the sporting community need to face and accept these changes and support leadership facing these challenges in this millennium.
I encourage all of my outdoor sporting colleagues and friends to go to the polls this fall and vote for Gov. Janet Mills.
