9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at the Harry Harding classroom/auditorium in the Elliot School of International Studies at the Sigur Center for Asian Studies at George Washington University: 1957 E St. NW Washington DC.
The venue is about 5 blocks from the metro train at Farragut West, near bust stops, near a paid parking garage, and near metered street parking.
