Tell Hawaiʻi's Federal Reps: CEASEFIRE NOW!

Noel Nepomuceno @noel.nemuc

Hawaiʻi and Palestine are two occupied nations, deeply connected through a shared struggle for liberation and genuine peace for all lands and peoples.

Residents of Hawaiʻi contribute $13 million in federal taxes annually to the $3.8 billion per year in U.S. military funding and economic aid to the apartheid State of Israel, which is used to commit daily war crimes against Palestinians in their own homelands, including the theft, destruction, and occupation of their lands, homes, food sources, water, natural resources, and means to survival.

"As the biggest funder of Israel’s military, U.S. government leaders have the power and the obligation to stop this unfolding genocide."

- Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib

Write your member of congress and demand a ceasefire now.

*While Senator Hirono and Congresswoman Tokuda have issued statements urging for a ceasefire, all four of Hawaiʻi's Federal Representatives have yet to sign onto the Resolution introduced by Congresswoman Cori Bush calling for an immediate deescalation and ceasefire in Israel and occupied Palestine.
