Fund the fight Calling on President Biden to Declare a Climate Emergency now!

Climate change is the single greatest health threat to humanity.

No matter where you live, the impact of the climate crisis can be felt through extreme temperatures, unpredictable weather, and increased numbers of hurricanes, wildfires, and floods.

It’s not just our health that’s affected. Devastating weather events also bring high financial costs to individuals, states, and even the entire nation’s economy. If we don’t act now to slow down and reverse the damage, if we don’t treat the climate crisis as the emergency it is right now, we are only accelerating down the path towards global destruction.

That’s not hyperbole.

If President Biden uses the National Emergencies Act, the U.S. could reinstate the crude oil export ban, redirect disaster relief funds toward distributed renewable energy construction, and fast-track renewable transportation and clean power generation -- all while creating millions of high-quality union jobs.
