Fund the Fight to Reform the Supreme Court Now!

The Court has eliminated nationwide protection of abortion rights, expanded the right to carry firearms in public, destroyed the separation of Church and State in public education and gutted significantly the Biden administration’s power to combat climate change.

It could get worse.

The Court also announced this week that in the next term it will take up a big election law case involving the once-fringe “independent state legislature doctrine.” They will decide if state legislators can override state courts and constitutions to amass unprecedented power over elections.

In other words, the Court plans to decide whether or not Republican state legislatures can overturn election results they don’t like. You know, like the 2024 presidential election.

The need is urgent. The problem is real. Congress must act to fix it and it won’t be easy to get it done. That’s why it’s absolutely critical we begin building real support right now.
